The Heat is Rising in Residential Real Estate

Things are heating up!  We remain cold and snowy in Central NY, but already buyers are searching for prospective homes for springtime moves.  This is the time in winter when more people than ever are enjoying the snow outside, partially because they’re anticipating its end in another month or so.

We have a wonderful home for sale in the Marcellus area at 2579 West Seneca. It’s just outside the village of Marcellus but has plenty of room to roam on the more-than-1 acre of landscaped lawn.  Explore it here: https://fingerlakes.properties/homes-for-sale-details/2579-W-SENECA-TURNPIKE-MARCELLUS-NY-13108/S1310648/99/.

In addition, Lake and Village is growing.  We recently brought on two new agents, Karen Van Wyke and Jason Young, and anxiously are awaiting a third.

Karen Van Wyke specializes in property management.  When homeowners consider renting a home temporarily or converting it into an income-producing investment, they often worry about the time and effort needed to find a quality tenant, collect rent, and respond to tenant issues.  Karen can help you do all those things.  Karen resides near Otisco Lake convenient to most of Syracuse’s west side.

Jason Young is a lifelong resident of Central NY and is dedicated to the region’s success.  Jason focuses on residential sales but has a background in local business and can help with commercial property transactions as well. Jason and his family live in Manlius.  He will focus on the north and east sides of Syracuse but is happy to help anywhere in Central NY.

Meet Karen, Jason, and the rest of our team here: https://fingerlakes.properties/about-us/our-team/.

In the meantime, get out and enjoy the weather the way many of the residents of the village of Skaneateles were doing yesterday on the lake ice!
