Has COVID-19 affected how we conduct business as realtors? Yes, absolutely. While each state has established its own set of rules and guidelines, most people would consider the states’ suggestions to be largely common sense.
The New York State Association of REALTORS’s guidelines appear at the bottom of this post. If your realtor is not following the guidelines, you should ask them to do so. Lake and Village Realty has taken all these requirements to heart to keep ourselves and our clients safe.
We also are growing during this difficult time. Real estate sales remain an active industry, and Johan and I believe we offer something more than most other brokers. We continue to focus on a highly personalized experience backed by excellent communications while recognizing the vast amount of information available to buyers and sellers. We are looking for others who share our belief that selling or finding a home impacts the lives of everyone involved. We’ve found these qualities in our newest team member, Jason Young. We’re very happy to welcome him to the Lake and Village Realty team. A native Central New Yorker, Jason has lived in Manlius for 25 years. He has been a successful business owner and comes to us from the software industry. Jason and his family live in Manlius where he will focus on residential listings and sales.
