In addition to helping out those needing to sell or buy a home, we love to rehabilitate old houses. As with most with this ‘problem,’ we got the bug when renovating an old home in which we were living – one weekend at a time. It gets a little old living in sawdust for that many years but when we were done, we were very pleased with our newfound skills and the results and couldn’t wait to do it again. We’ve done mild renovations to complete-gut renovations, and the latter are always more satisfying (budget-busting and nerve-wracking would be included in that).
